The self aligned welding rotator is mainly used for welding, installation and polishing of cylinders in wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipyard, nuclear power and other industries.
It can automatically adjust the Angle of the clamp frame through different workpiece diameters.

The rolls drive adopts AC frequency conversion technology to achieve stepless speed regulation, and the remote control box can digitally display the rotation speed of the workpiece, which is eye-catching and intuitive.

- Polyurethane is an emerging organic polymer material, known as the "fifth plastic", with good oil resistance, toughness, wear resistance, and aging resistance. The polyurethane rollers used in our roller racks are cast from imported polyurethane. Compared with ordinary rubber, they have higher mechanical strength (2 to 3 times that of natural rubber), excellent wear resistance (5 to 10 times that of natural rubber), outstanding compression resistance, and high elasticity at high hardness (a feature not found in other rubbers), and are particularly suitable for welding of wind tower production lines and stainless steel cylinders.
- The roller bearing adopts aligning roller bearing, which has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity and impact resistance.
- All shaft parts have been tempered, and gear parts have been tempered and quenched.
- The welding base is formed by plate welding and destressed, with sufficient strength to ensure long-term use.
- All shaft holes are processed by CNC boring machines, and the transmission gear accuracy is level 7 to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- The electric control system consists of a control box and a hand control box. The control box and the active roller frame are separated by a connecting power cord to avoid damage due to operating errors; the connection line between the control box and the hand control box uses an ultra-soft multi-wire cable to ensure safe use.
